Return policy.
We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:
Unworn & Unused – Shoes must be in their original condition with no signs of wear.
Original Packaging – All returns must be sent back in their original shoe box. Damaged or missing boxes will incur a $5 restocking fee.
To initiate a return, please fill out the return request form below. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A prepaid shipping label will be e-mailed to you and will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect order in that case a return label will be issued.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item(s).
Please include your first and last name, email address and order number in the subject line along with a message of why you are returning.
